Cheese Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 c. cooked chopped broccoli
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Stir in flour and heat until bubbly.
Gradually add milk and heat slowly, stirring constantly.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
Add to white sauce with cheese, salt, thyme, garlic salt and pepper. Heat through.
Stir in cooked broccoli and serve.
