Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2 inch thick), tenderized
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut meat in 6 pieces; then coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Place in a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover with onions. Break up tomatoes with a fork and pour over top.
    Cover. Microwave at Low for 70 to 80 minutes, rearranging meat after 40 minutes.
