Canned Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. peeled, cored, chopped tomatoes
2 c. seeded, chopped green pepper
1 c. jalapeno hot peppers
1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, peppers, onions, salt, garlic and vinegar in a large saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
