Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage uncooked
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    16 oz. (4 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. each finely chopped onion and celery
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375.
    Mix all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls.
    Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.
    Also good at room temperature.
    Yield:
    6 dozen.
