Duchess Meat Loaf Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    hot mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Stir soup mix into water. Measure out 1/2 cup and blend into ground beef. Shape beef into 8-inch round patty in large frying pan. Cut into six pie-shaped wedges. Pour remaining soup over. Cover and cook 20 minutes over medium heat. Remove cover. Add Kitchen Bouquet to gravy and cook down.
