Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 loaf sandwich bread
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. sugar, mixed with cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut the crust from the bread and mash flat with a rolling pin. Spread with mixture of cream cheese, egg and 1/4 cup sugar. Roll up. Dip in melted butter. Roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
