Turkey And Veggie Pocket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cooked turkey, coarsely chopped
    1 oz. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
    2 green onions, shredded
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
    3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 pita pocket breads, halved
Preparation
    Combine the turkey, mushrooms, zucchini, onions, bell pepper, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
    Place 1 cup of the turkey mixture in each pita half.
    Wrap securely and store in the cooler for trips.
