Avocado Bombay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. tiny shrimp
1 small onion, chopped
1 small apple, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can chicken soup
2 tsp. curry or to taste
6 ripe avocados
rice
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Saute shrimp, onion and apple in butter.
Stir in chicken soup.
Add salt and curry powder.
Heat over low heat until smooth.
