Snowball Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. ReaLemon
1 medium can crushed pineapple with juice
2 envelopes Dream Whip
1/2 c. cold water
1 to 1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 angel food cakes
1 tub Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup cold water.
Stir in the cup of boiling water, sugar and add the lemon and pineapple with juice. Chill until firm.
Make the Dream Whip according to directions on box.
Fold into chilled pineapple.
Use low speed of mixer.
Slice cake into thin slices.
Alternate layers of cake and mixture.
Ice with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with coconut.
