Green Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
1 stick margarine
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
3/4 c. american cheese
1 3/4 c. rice, cooked
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Saute onions and celery
in margarine until tender.
Thaw broccoli.
Mix these ingredients well.
Add cheese, water chestnuts, rice and mushroom soup.
Bake in 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
