Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
    1/2 c. instant rice
    cinnamon or nutmeg (for sprinkling)
Preparation
    In a deep, 1-quart, heat-resistant (microwave-safe) casserole, combine all ingredients.
    Heat, uncovered, on High in microwave oven for 8 minutes or until the mixture boils.
    Stir mixture occasionally during last 3 minutes of cooking time.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
    Serve either hot or chilled.
    Serves 6.
