Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Wash chicken pieces.
    Coat with flour and salt.
    Brown in 1/2 cup hot shortening.
    As pieces brown, arrange in a baking dish.
    Saute onion and melted butter in a saucepot until clear.
    Add other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour over chicken in casserole dish and bake 1 hour or until tender.
