Cheese Blintzes(Cinnamon Roll-Ups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 loaf white sandwich bread
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 drop lemon extract
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sticks butter
    cinnamon-sugar
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin. Mix together cream cheese, flavorings and egg yolk. Spread approximately 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture per slice of bread.
    Roll the bread up as a jelly roll and cut into three pieces.
