Baby Ruth Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
    4 c. Special K cereal
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Place sugar and syrup together in large pan and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add peanut butter; stir thoroughly. Add cereal.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam or line with buttered waxed paper.
    Press cereal mixture into pan.
    After the mixture has cooled, melt together the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
    Spread over cereal mixture and cool.
    Cut into squares and serve.
