Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated onion
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sliced, blanched and toasted almonds
1 c. crushed corn flakes
4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. tarragon (optional)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. extra dry vermouth
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Remove chicken from bones, skin and cut into cubes.
Combine chicken and remaining ingredients with exception of corn flakes and cheese.
Let stand for an hour and taste to see if additional salt is needed.
Spoon into a buttered 2-quart baking dish*.
Top with crumb/cheese mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
