Deer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground deer meat
4 to 5 tsp. mustard seed
4 to 5 tsp. seasoned salt
3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
4 to 5 tsp. pepper
4 to 5 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Form into rolls.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 170\u00b0 for 8 hours, turning every 2 hours.
Do not wrap during baking.
Sausage will form its own skin.
Cool, wrap and freeze.
