Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 veal cutlets
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 can tomatoes (1 lb. size)
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
Preparation
    Combine the flour, salt and pepper.
    Dust veal lightly with flour mixture.
    Brown meat slowly in hot oil.
    Remove from skillet and cook until tender but not brown.
    Add all other ingredients to the skillet.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes; stir occasionally. Arrange the veal on hot buttered noodles and top with the sauce from the skillet.
