Lemon Air Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
    12 oz. lite Cool Whip
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    graham cracker pie shell
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 or 10-inch pie pan (10-inch is best).
    Put everything into a blender; cover and blend on high speed for about one minute.
    Pour into pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until firm in the center.
    Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice or 2 tablespoons cocoa for variety.
