Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, cut into square size strips
1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed
1 large can prepared spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients as you would a meat loaf.
Can add salt or pepper to suit taste. Form a handful of mixture around the cheese stick, then wrap with a noodle.
Repeat, using remaining mixture, placing rolls into a greased baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce. Cover with oil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
