Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. white sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook milk, sugar, eggs, margarine and vanilla over medium heat until thick.
    Add coconut and pecans.
    Beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
    Makes 2 2/3 cups or enough for large cake.
