Spinach Balls(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped spinach
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
Preparation

Cook spinach, then squeeze dry and cool. Add stuffing mix, onion, eggs, butter, cheese and seasoning.
Mix all together. Refrigerate several hours.
Mold into small balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Turn if bottom is getting too brown. Can be frozen.
