Potatoes With Herbs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. margarine, melted and divided
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. finely chopped onion, divided
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
2 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Combine seasonings in bowl.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in nonstick skillet.
Add 1/3 of potatoes, sprinkle little of seasonings, 4 teaspoons melted margarine and 2 tablespoons onions on potatoes.
Repeat layers twice.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Uncover, bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
When ready, remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
