Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 large onions
2 cloves garlic
1 large can tomato juice
2 cans red kidney beans
salt and pepper to taste
chili powder to taste
Preparation

Saute beef, onion and garlic until the beef loses its redness. Add tomato juice.
Bring to a boil.
Add salt, pepper and chili powder.
Before adding beans, rinse them good in colander.
The beans should be the last thing to add.
Cook until hot.
Do not overcook.
