Beefy Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 slices bacon, cut in half
Preparation

Cook ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain well. Combine beef and next 6 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange bacon on top of beans. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
