Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Boil hen until tender and remove meat from bones.
    Mix flour and water.
    Roll out on floured board, cut into 1-inch strips and drop in boiling broth.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle black pepper over the stew.
