Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients with mixer.
    Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake liner.
    Fill about 3/4 with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Top with cherry pie filling and Cool Whip.
    Makes 20 to 24 cupcakes.
