Taters And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 large taters (potatoes)
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Peel and cut taters into medium wedges and place in large pot. Crumble beef into taters.
    Add onion, salt and pepper to mixture. Cook over medium heat for around 2 hours or until well cooked. Serve with hot corn bread.
