Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 can (16 oz. size) tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Romano cheese or round slices
    1 carton low-fat cottage cheese
    small box lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic.
    Add next 8 ingredients, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    In rectangular 1 1/2-quart casserole, put layer of noodles, Mozzarella cheese, sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Romano cheese.
    Repeat once and end with grated Romano cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
