Apple Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped red cooking apples
    2 c. chopped green cooking apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    16 oz. herb flavored stuffing mix
    1 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    2 3/4 c. apple cider
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add onions, celery, apples and raisins.
    Cook and stir frequently for 5 minutes until softened. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix and seasonings.
    Add cider to moisten.
    Put into greased casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    For crisp top, remove cover the last 5 minutes.
