Cheddar Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
48 small green olives with pimientos
Preparation

Blend cheese with butter.
Add flour, salt and paprika; mix well.
Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive to cover.
At this point you can refrigerate or freeze for up to 10 days.
Bake puffs at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Yields 48 appetizers.
