Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box chopped broccoli
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
-
Place first 3 ingredients
in
small
pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix
together
with
next 4 ingredients. Place in 1 1/2
quart
baking dish.
Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with margarine.
Bake
at
400\u00b0 until brown and bubbly on top.
