Ingredients

1/2 raw onion, grated
2 large potatoes, grated
4 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
4 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Lightly oil a griddle and heat to 325\u00b0 or medium heat.
Ladle potato mixture onto the griddle, flattening it slightly.
Cook 8 to 10 minutes on the first side; turn and cook an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
Serves 6.
