Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground meat, prepared as for tacos
    grated cheese
    corn tortillas
    4 cans enchilada sauce
    oil
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat oil until warm.
    Place a tortilla in oil until soft (do not fry them until they are crispy).
    Shake off excess oil.
    Lay tortillas flat.
    Put a tablespoon of meat and some grated cheese along the edge of the tortilla.
    Roll up filling in tortilla.
    Place in baking pan.
    Repeat procedure until pan is full.
    If any meat and cheese are left, sprinkle along top of enchiladas.
    Pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas until covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
