Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
3 c. shredded carrots

Preparation

Sift together the first 5 ingredients.
Add oil, eggs and carrots and mix with electric mixer.
