Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 2/3 c. flour
dash of red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
pecan halves
Preparation

Mix butter, cheese, flour, red pepper and salt.
Shape into little balls and press pecan half on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen.
