Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
2 c. chopped fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together. In separate bowl, combine egg, orange juice, rind, water and shortening. Mix into dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Add cranberries and nuts. Pour into greased 9X5X3 inch loaf pan.
