Wine Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. dry wine (not cooking wine)
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. rolled oats or dry bread crumbs
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and let stand for at least 1/2 hour before charcoaling or broiling.
    Should make 8 burgers, 1/4 pound each.
