Chicken Bog For 100 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. rice
    5 lb. onions
    10 chickens
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chickens and chopped onions. Remove bones and skin. Measure broth so that you have twice as much broth as rice. Season broth.
    Bring broth to a boil and add rice.
    When it comes back to a boil, reduce heat and cook 30 minutes.
