Sharon'S Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vanilla
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. egg substitute or 1/2 c. egg whites
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/4 c. old fashioned oats
1 1/2 c. nuts, walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat oil and sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in oats and nuts.
Drop by rounded cookie scoop on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 11 to 12 minutes.
Cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing cookies from sheet to cooling rack.
Store in tightly closed container.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen depending on cookie size.
