Cucumber-Cheese Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. whipping cream
    1/3 c. minced cucumber
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and whipping cream.
    Beat on medium speed of electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; chill.
    Serve with assorted vegetables. Makes about 1 1/3 cups dip.
