Chicken Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer or 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can chunk chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped peppers (sweet)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 medium pkg. spaghetti
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1 c. stewed tomatoes, drained
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil fryer; save broth. Cook spaghetti in broth.
    When spaghetti gets soft, drain broth and set aside. Saute onions, celery and peppers in butter until soft. Add mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and stewed tomatoes, then add cut chicken and spaghetti. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of dish. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
