Peach Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peaches, chopped
    2 c. chopped apples
    juice from 4 oranges
    rind of 2 oranges, ground
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook peaches and apples with water until tender.
    Add orange juice and rind.
    Add 1 cup sugar for each cup of pulp.
    Cook for 30 minutes and pour into sterilized glasses.
