Avocado Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, undrained
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    2 avocados, peeled and diced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except avocados.
    Dice avocados and gently toss in vinegar and spice mix.
    Serve with tortilla chips, chicken or seafood.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
