Marinated Grilled Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry red wine
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large clove garlic, sliced or powder
pepper to taste
chopped green onion or chives (optional)
chopped dill weed (optional)
1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in the pan in which the meat is to be marinated.
Marinate steak, turning occasionally, for 2 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Broil meat over hot coals for 5 minutes per side for rare meat or cook until desired doneness. Slice meat on a diagonal across the grain and serve.
Great for summer on the grill.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
