Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, finely chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 sticks margarine
    1/8 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley
    1 button minced garlic
    1/2 pt. half and half
    2 lb. crawfish tails
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 Tbsp. jalapeno relish
    12 oz. fettucine noodles
    Parmesan cheese
    salt, red and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add onions, celery and bell pepper to 2 sticks margarine. Saute until cooked.
    Add flour and cook with cover on low for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add parsley and crawfish and cook 15 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add half and half, half of Velveeta, jalapeno relish, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cook on low heat about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
