Thymed Tuna-Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
    1 can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 can black beans, drained
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced diagonally
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1/4 c. loosely celery leaves
    1/2 small escarole lettuce
    1 (6 oz.) can white tuna, drained
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, thyme, sugar and black pepper.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Whisk dressing. Toss in beans, celery, carrots, onion and celery leaves.
