Beef Roast Or Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round bone or chuck roast, 2 1/2-inches thick
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
    6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Place meat in shallow glass container.
    Saute garlic in oil; blend in next 4 ingredients.
    Pour over roast.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and catsup to marinade.
    Cover and place in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
    Cook on grill, turning frequently and baste with marinade 35 to 40 minutes, depending on doneness desired.
