Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo, softened
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Mix eggs and sugar.
Add oleo, flour, milk, vanilla and almond extract; mix well.
Add 1 1/2 cups of coconut and pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup coconut. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
