Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    chicken pieces
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    salt and paprika
Preparation
    In a pan mix soup, nutmeg and water.
    Add raw rice to soup mixture and stir.
    Lay chicken on top; skin side up.
    Dribble butter across top.
    Sprinkle each part of chicken with salt and paprika.
    Cover with foil and put in 250\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil and turn to 350\u00b0 and let cook about 1/2 hour more. Let sit about 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
