Easy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pie shell (unbaked)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. chopped pecans or whole
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, syrup and softened butter in blender. Mix well. Remove from blender and stir in nuts with a spoon. Pour in pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Can be frozen.
